The Power Bank
U’Charge offers Mag Safe power banks designed with the end users in mind. The power banks have an ergonomic designed to ensure customer’s comfort whilst charging their phone. The power bank has a capacity of 5000mAh to ensure that phones that charge slowly can still be fully charged. The power banks are equipped with NFC chips for ease in identification and locating the power banks in case of theft or loss
The power bank station
Our power banks can be rented out from the power bank station. Each station can hold up to 50 power banks on each side and is equipped an interface designed with accessibility and inclusivity as its top priority. The power bank station makes use of an elevator system. A robotic arm is attached to a horizontal beam. The arm can slide across the horizontal beam and can rotate. The arm is used to collect a power bank for the user and return it to a free charging spot.
Service System
U’Charge offers four payment plans for its customers. Individual plan is for anyone who might need a power bank for a quick, one time charge as they tour around the city. Our family plan is for those family trips to ensure everyone is charged up and prepared to capture every moment at a discount. The daily plan is targeted to the tourists who have so much to see in the city in a day and one power bank will not be enough. And lastly, the weekly plan is targeted to tourists who are staying in the city for more than a day. The weekly plan ensures that they are covered for their whole stay

Theft
Lost power banks can be reported to our customer service, and GPS tracking is available to help locate the charger. The daily charge is disabled when a power bank is reported as stolen. However, a fee of 25 euros for losing it is raised. If the customer personally locates the charger and returns it to one of the stated stations the fee can be reduced to 15 euros.
Insurance
For additional peace of mind for our customers, there is an option to get insurance for the power bank. For an additional 7 euros on top of any subscription plan, customers are exempted from the possible charges incurred due to late returns or theft of power bank.
