During this tool, there is explained how to create an overview of the workflow. One can make scenarios that are applicable for your situation, but not all extreme situations can be considered. Therefore, IDEFØ came in. This is a method to create such an overview with a standard flowchart. The flowchart consists of input, output, controls and mechanism about a specific process, which can be seen on the right.

The workflow in the project was made in the beginning of the project, to kickstart the project. We had to find the balance in keeping an overview and get everything complete. However, also details have to be determined, the technical specifications, the how questions.

Next lectures the basics of project management were taught. All aspects such as stakeholders, stakeholders, risks, etc were discussed (picture on the right).

At the end of the tool, information about patents, secrets, copyrights, licenses were provided, with its additional costs, advantages, disadvantages, rules and regulations.
