Before we start producing and selling our PSS we need to take some steps. Those steps will be outside this project but we took them already in consideration.
First of all, we should have a look in the exact materials, dyes, detergents etc. we are going to use. Then we need a company for the production of our clothes and accessories. This company should be in line with our vision and should therefore enhance good environmental and employee conditions.
After we found a company for the production of our products, we could start discussing about the costs. The cost however should be covered by some financial support, hence there is no investment money yet. Therefore we could use some investors. But why is it profitable to invest in our product service system?
The interesting part of our PSS is that the clothes get cheaper for the buyers, however, with our circular system, we are able to sell one item 3,4,5 or 6 times. This will give us a huge leap compared with other retailers of baby clothes.
Besides the extra profit we are able to make, are we also environmental friendly and working together with our company improves your score on that part. Our product service system is new on the market that already exist, so there will be a market development, which carries not that much of a risk. Plus there are some big benefits of using our PSS for the customers: it is a cheaper than the conventional way of buying baby clothes, people get more and more aware of the environmental situation so this product responds to that and the quality of the product is relatively high for the price they pay.
So to conclude, we need some fund to start the production of our products. After the costs are set for the production, we can say something about the real numbers.
