Besides conducting a strong stakeholder analysis and creating a product that performs its main function effectively, how do we ensure that our stakeholder benefits optimally from our solution? We do this by ensuring that our product meets specific design requirements and criteria based on standards and regulations from locally and internationally recognised organisations and institutions.

To ensure the quality of our product, we decided to focus on the following regulatory norms as basic standards:

• Guidelines for Drinking Water Quality by the World Health Organization
• Sphere Minimum Standards by the Sphere Association
• The Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations
• Technical Regulatory Standards by the International Standardization Organization
