Setup Instructions
These instructions are made for the employees who just set up the system and don’t necessarily have specific knowledge (maybe students, other part-time employees). They want efficiency and should know how to do it after reading the instructions once. The instructions are made in detailed steps to set up the lockers as efficiently as possible.
- Unload the lockers from the truck
- Take the forklift from the back of the truck
- Open the back of the truck
- Put cart in front of the first row of lockers
- Stack a maximum of 3 locker units on the cart
- Make sure the lockers are properly secured
- Drive the cart to desired location.
- Lower the cargo on the cart.
- Make sure the lockers are standing sturdy
- Remove the chart
- Unfold the lockers
- Grab the poles out of the locker doors using the round base for pole insertion
- Stick the poles in the top hole from underneath
- Push the top up at both sides at the same time this needs to be done by two persons
- Lock them in place
- Secure the pole at the bottom hole

User Instructions
These instructions will be put on the lockers for the end-users who can have any age and reading level. Although the design of the lockers is quite intuitive, these instructions are there to offer guidance where necessary.
