For sensitive teeth, recommendable toothpaste is Sensodyne Rapid Relief, Elmex Sensitive, or Vitis sensitive, these toothpaste prevent the cause of sensitive teeth and strengthen the tooth enamel. For gingivitis (causes sensitive and bleeding gums), Paradontax or Vitis ‘gezond tandvlees’ are recommended. Finally for caries, Elmex Anti-Cariës tandpasta is recommended.
