About me
I am a master graduate Industrial Design Engineering at the University of Twente. Since I was young, i have been busy with creating objects and contraptions in all kinds of ways. As drawing has always been a favourite activity, I have been extending this skillset and my design experience in general during my studies. The studies allowed me to become familiair with different digital modeling programs as well as design methods. During my Master’s, I developed an interest in user centered Design. In the future I would love to combine this interest with my passion for technical solutions in challenging projects that aim to improve daily life, or life in general.

2020
Start Master
Start of Master's Industrial Design Engineering at Univerisity of Twente. Focusing on the Human-Technology Relations track. Putting an end to my Graphical Design work at the study magazine. Work as a Teaching Assistant continues.
2024
Graduation Master
Finalising my MSc thesis. For this project I developed an eyeglasses frame design which can be 3D printed in one piece that can be opened and closed like any other eyeglasses. To allow the frame to close without a regular hinge, a unique compliant hinge was developed. For this, I did extensive research on compliant mechanisms, materials, and manufacturing. In the near future, I will publish a page that summarises the whole project. I kindly ask for your patience for this.
For the coming months I am looking for a job in Amsterdam area. This is where I grew up and where my family and friends live. I feel at home in Amsterdam and I am excited for what is going to be my carreer.
