KeyLounge™ is the key to work at the airport. KeyLounge is aimed at business travelers flying economy (+) class in need of a place to work while waiting at the airport. The lounge will be easily accessible, so no premium card is required. Not only does KeyLounge optimize the travel experience of business travelers, it is a way for the airport to make optimal profit off of them too. Furthermore KeyLounge allows the airport to identify, filter and control the passenger stream. Locating the lounge in the quietest parts of the airport makes it possible to make more profit with this ground.

There are a lot of different lounges on airports, but no lounge focusses on our target group. Our target group is business people who fly Economy (+) and do not have access to other lounges.

Filtering travelers

KeyLounge will filter travelers for airports. Filtering travelers is one of the main pursuits of airports. This info (in this case info of customers) is very valuable.

Revenue per m²

Our concept will help airports increase their revenue of certain areas instead of having an area with negative revenue per m².

Concept KeyLounge

For our product service system, we have chosen to design a lounge for business travelers in the economy (+) segment. This PSS, KeyLounge, allows this group of people to spend their time more efficiently while waiting at an airport by working in a worklounge. You have to book a spot to sit in this lounge, this can be done in two ways: - Through the virtual assistant present at the lounge’s entrance - In advance through a website When booking a spot, an account is required. This account can be easily created on the booking site or made at the lounge itself. Payment is afterwards, business people can pay by creditcard or pin. If the company they are working with has a contract with the KeyLounge, it will be written off the company’s bill. Several things can be booked: - Entrance to the open workspace - A small meeting room If you book on the spot, you get support from the virtual assistant. There are two versions of this assistant. A screen located at the entrance of the lounge, where you can get access to the lounge. Here you can also checkout and pay for the time spent at the lounge.. The second system is inside the lounge, which is an extension of the first system, where information can be obtained about the destination. In addition, other information can be obtained so this system takes on the role of receptionist on questions and inconveniences. Eventually work can be done in the lounge and the time spend at an airport will be optimized. KeyLounge's concept is being sold to airports. At first, it will focus on airports within Europe. For them, the KeyLounge is interesting because it helps filter the passengers flow. The lounge is aimed at a specific group that currently fits between two groups but is not easy to identify. Because of this identification with the lounge, it may be better to respond to the needs of these travelers. This allows a better response to customer needs. Travelers will unwittingly walk to a part of the airport where the airport wants to have this group of people. Thus, more revenue can be generated by the airport.

in a most luxurious manner. At KeyLounge you will get work done ánd feel relaxed due
to our aesthetic furnishing technique. When we say aesthetics we are talking about the design
choices we made for KeyLounge and how these shape each and every KeyLounge around the globe.
We’re not just styling our lounges by implementing some fancy lights or comfy chairs; it’s the way
our furniture, virtual assistants and products services come together that define KeyLounge at its core."
