Being outside is a benefit for the health of everyone. However, the campus of the University of Twente has no real study spaces outside.
The aim of this project was to upgrade an empty square on campus into a study space where students would finally have the opportunity to study outside.

My design is inspired by trees to create the atmosphere of a silent forest. This should stimulate silence from the students and increase concentration.
To increase the number of different study possibilities the ‚branches’ are movable.
