During this master, I have gained the knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently establish product developments. I have learned to account for the entire life cycle of the product, considering various aspects such as product features, production and maintenance processes, management, marketing, and user interaction.

During this bachelor, I designed a range of virtual and physical products that align with the users' needs and wants and fit the brands images. In addition to the aesthetical design and marketing, I also learned how to address the production and technological aspects of the design. Throughout my study, I had the chance to work in a multidisciplinary international project team where I developed my communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

During this minor in Finland, I got to experience a different work approach and culture. It taught me to quickly adapt to different standards and expectations within a project. I also took the chance to broaden my knowledge beyond my IDE bachelor's degree by pivoting towards architectural engineering instead of product design.

As a hobby, I like doodle using paper and paint using my drawing tablet and Adobe Photoshop. I have a widespread drawing style, from line art to pop art to environmental drawings.

During my Bachelor studies I also had three Design Sketching courses. Where I learned how to draw realistic presentations of products, by constructing three dimensional volumes and translating certain materials and textures into my drawings.

As a hobby, I like to document my vacations and other adventures by taking photos using my phone. In the future, I would love to invest in an actual camera and learn more about the different settings.

I edit and enhance the quality of my photos in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. And occasionally like to post them on my Instagram:

For my social media work at Studium Generale, I had to design a social media marketing plan and style for their Instagram account, @sg_utwente. I design their weekly Instagram post and stories. And have also designed their booklet stands and coffee mugs.

For my studies I also use a lot of graphic design, ranging from design concepts, explanatory infographics to making informational posters.

For my work at Fraunhofer Project Center, I had to animate an explanation video for their website. I created visual images using Adobe Illustrator and animated them using Adobe After Effects.

I also have made some explanatory videos for several University projects. And occasionally film and edit some adventures with friends.

During my University projects, I had to make multiple websites or apps on prototype level. For which I used Axure RP to communicate a concept on a presentable level and gather user feedback. The wireframe posters shown below are clickable and will bring you to the working prototype website.

In addition to Axure RP, I also have experience in Adobe XD and Figma, which I had to use for my Bachelor Thesis at the start-up Awaves Play.

During my Industrial Design Engineering studies, I got to make several product designs. Ideas are translated into drawings into SolidWorks models into technical drawings and finally into a physical product made in the University workshop.

I also have experience in digitally analyzing the product model on strength using several tools in Siemens NX.

Research at Biomechanical Engineering Faculty

at the University of Twente in Enschede, The Netherlands

The UT wants to improve the old one-to-one supervision model of students during their thesis, as it can lead a student into isolation. Therefore, a new format based on Agile methodologies is designed and is being tested. As survey lead, I have to survey thesis students about their experiences and evaluate the results and improve upon the new supervision format.

During this job I developed my communication, academic writing and surveying skills.

UT Studium Generale

Studium Generale is a University organisation which hosts free lectures about scientific topics. As Instagram social media manager (@sg_utwente), it is my task to make the promotion of those lectures as attractive as possible. So the attendance for these events would increase.

During this job I developed my Adobe Photoshop and Instagram marketing skills.
