How does the system work?

To start, the user scans their employee or student ID, after which they can choose to either book a working space, cancel a booking, borrow materials or return materials.

When booking a room the station registers the reservation into the system, after which it checks on all bookings whether the users showed up to the working spot. If this is not the case, the time slots is available for reservations again.

TroubleShooter

SlimBase provides the user with an extra service which helps when there are small problems with the office supplies out of the SlimBase lockers. Using the SlimBase app and scanning one of the office supplies, a TroubleShooter guide will pop-up which makes suggestion on how the solve the product. Suggestions such as 'change the batteries' or  'press on/off button the reset'  for a dis-functional pointer will show up .

THE SLIMBASE ALLOWS FOR TWO MAIN INTERACTIONS, THE USER EITHER BOOKS A WORKING SPACE OR BORROWS MATERIALS.
