Adjustable villa

This is a villa made with the 3D modeling software SolidWorks. The villa is adjustable, when the length, width or height will be changed, the model scales automaticaly to the new values. For example the staircase will get extra steps, the table in the livingroom will get larger or smaller and there will be more or larger windows. So are the number of chairs at the table determined by how large or small the table is.
